Black mold on top of rockwool.

The option i mentioned can be sprayed on seedlings.

H202 won’t kill your clones. Just start low dose and can go up. However def get airflow in there too. I would be scared if you keen it you might bring Powderh mildew in

U need to raise the temps or it's gonna keep coming back

As Ozzy said increase airflow,coming from at least 2 directions ,unfortunately this will not be enough ,as I said temps need to be raised or the extra air flow all will be useless

I would expect it's light out temps that r of concern

Rockwool cubes need to be slightly damp,not satrurated, a light spray is all that is needed when required

Check your PH,maybe also a bit low,another cause combined with conditions above
