Don't know why you are down on NSW all of a sudden for the proposed new laws. They are only just catching up with Qld.

 

Good old Joe Country(Qld) has had laws that allow entry and search without warrant by Police for donkeys years, all covered under the QLD Health Act.

 

" I think I smell something funny. We believe you have drugs, so get out of the fucking road and let us do whatever the fuck we want to do."

 

Why bring up the Nazi's, they were bad yes, but what our elected Governments are doing to erode our Civil Liberties today is far more insidious.

 

God help us if we become a Republic before we have a Bill of Rights enacted first. At the moment we at least have UK Law that we can call on for certain Rights.
