Photo male used to pollenate an auto female won't give auto progeny. Iirc 75% fast photo, and very small % may auto

 

STS or CS of a female be it auto or photo will feminize the seeds as a female cannibiss plant has no male chromosome.

 

Auto fem + auto male = auto reg of various m/f ratio

 

Auto fem + photo reg = circa 75% fast photo reg no reliable autos

 

Turn an auto fem with STS or CS will preserve the auto and they well all be fem but no chance of further exploiting the strain, you are locked to that pheno.. you can produce more seeds or crosses by turning them but yeah.

 

One of the reasons I'm working with auto regs until I can lock down what I'm looking for.

 

There is more to it but yeah, mixing photos and autos is a long process
