Bicarb and vinegar produces CO2

BUT

Increasing CO2 is only part of the equation, there needs to be an equivalency between the amount of light available for the CO2 produced to be able to be used by the plant.

Under most circumstances decent air exchange/circulation will provide the plant with all the CO2 it can use. I know of someone who spent $$$$ on a full blown CO2 setup, with very little to show for it.

Cheers i will give it a go ive got 3 under 2300wats when i did the sums i think 1500ppm of co2 they could handle funny enough its the average of your bedroom after a nights sleep, so like the other bloke said sleeping in there if that was possible would do but its not, beware of co2 bags i went with them for a while but they die in over 35°C, since then ive had a bucket off decomposing veg in there and i hang out with them at lights on until my meter reaches 1500, anyhow thank you again for the tip.

When cannabis evolved thousands of years ago the co2 levels were higher so they have evolved that way and therefore with higher co2 they will use more light to photosynthesis and it helps them cope with heat, as a couple of people have pointed out it only works if you have enough available light and dont panic plants take in the co2 in the atmosphere and deposit it back into the earth then release oxygen, i hope that helps cheers.

From the research ive done theres alot of advantages to increasing co2 such as greater yield and faster growing ive never used co2 myself, so this is all other growers experiences. Theres alot of articles out there on the subject. Just remember you cant just add c02. You need to have the right enviroment to make it work. Ive bought a natural c02 maker called the exhale. Ill be trying it out on my first indoor grow.

Good luck
