well i just wanted to tell folks that the space case grinding collecter is a top piece of gear.

 

i got mine some months ago, and it's had several ounces of good quality gear through it, which has allowed me to build up quite a decent pile of resin.

 

i've recently quit tobacco, and smoking anything altogether, so now i only vapourise.

 

these last few days i've been running low (actually, completely dry) on buds and have been hoeing into the pile of resin dust i've collected in preparation for making hash.

 

less than half a tip in the aromazap gives you a fair few good pulls, after which time don' t try and do anything cos you'll be too maggotted . juuust great for me since i toke sitting at my computers after a few i can barely use a pc :S

 

i never used to be able to get quite that stoned, even when i smoked many many bongs.

 

i have my zap plugged into a cigarette lighter adaptor on the front of one of my computer (coz i have no spare powerpoints), and it's on 24/7, tucked away under the desk when not being used.

 

so i kind of am off the track of the space case because i am stoned and rambling .

 

i got the largest one available, and i knew it was going to be big and all that, but it is BIG! way bigger than i expected. and solid as a mofo. if i ever get attacked in my home this is the thing i'll be using to hit the guy with. It's solid, and very cleanly made. Those blades are really sharp, I got a gusher on my thumb from one of them the first day I got it.

 

I find the holes in the top section of the case can be a hassle if you're trying to fine up your weed really well, cos it all falls through too quick, but it's an excellent consistency for joints. if you want your weed a bit more fine, i normally take the bottom (resin catchery) bit off it and put it aside, then with the rest of the case upside

grind and shake til all the weed's fallen back through the holes into the choppery bit, and then grind away some more while it's upside down to hold it in the bladey section.

 

I taxed a small brush from my mothers craft supplies (:thumbdown) and i use that to clean the thread of the case with, because there can get a lot of buildup in there and makes it squeally when you're opening and closing it. also any gunge buildup in the top free-spinning part should be scraped off because it can make the top almost impossible to move.

 

oh yeah and putting it in the freezer with your greens in there does give you much more resin, and i try do that every time i use it, just for 10 minutes or so, it's worth it and not much hassle.

 

the little scraper that comes with the case is good, but i prefer to use the scraper that i already had which is a telstra mobile recharge card with the corner cut off. it works wonderfully.

 

haha and i just remembered i tried the whole boiling it up when it was fairly resin-caked thing and then made a coffee out of the water, it was a decent body stone, but then I thought "hey i was just boiling aluminium in water, isn't that a bad thing?" so I don't reckon i'll do that again. i've gotten pretty good at getting the thing resin and weed free with my brush and scraper anyway

I've been looking for a good metal grinder with a mesh catch recently, the only ones I could find at the head shops in my area were poor quality plastic ones. Even though the one I pasted is a bit pricey, I'm still considering ordering it just to have a quality grinder.

 

Where did you get yours from?

That is the ultimate scammers tool. Taking two swipes at the grinder tax, first, the teeth get resin and if your mates demand you scrape the teeth out anything fine enough to fall through the screen gets missed.

 

sorry, but i have seen the poorest most desperate scams and i see the bad motive before i see the good.

The mesh catch is designed to catch the fine "kief" dust and crystals that are produced when grinding, which great for sprinkling on top of cones or into joints/cigarettes.

 

Don't blame the tool for errors of the user.

yeah looks ok to me, but the price is way over the top for that sorta thing.

 

I noticed they sell salvia extracts too, but I bet they wont ship here.
