Greenhouse?

Recommended Posts

the clear is actually frosted so you can see greenery but hard to make out at a distance what the greenery is

the good thing with this stuff is that it disperses the light under it , if half the plastic is in shade for some reason

& the other half in full sun , you get an even distribution of that sun under the plastic

i've grown under 50% shade cloth during summer , i found no diff between 15% & 50%

& as far as bud being better in a greenhouse compared to outdoor , i say BS , there's no diff imho

although i've never been able to lab test the 2 to confirm that

def recommend using it , as said still haven't used the white but don't think it'll be any issue

i live in the city & have used the clear or frosted plastic & 15% shade cloth under it to help stop the

neighbours from seeing anything , cos there window is only a few meters away from the greenhouse

That helps, some good info regarding your observations on shade cloth and polythene v's light percentages. I decided to roll with some form of greenhouse, not sure what I'll cover it with yet. My research led to the same conclusions, horticultural polythene generally seems to be UV stabalised with a diffusion layer and some kind of anti condensation layer.

Thanks for the replies.
