Red devil is a Canadian strain: Afghan skunk x Afghan.

 

Red devil would have been some random cross, like you said, called red devil by some guy.

My ex brother in law used to drive down from Dawrin to Adelaide and buy pounds of hydro for something like $5/10 a gram.

He'd then deal it all the way back to the territory. At one point he was making 10k a week.

Yep ive worked with guys that said something about a golden Triangle. Start in melb go to Adelaide pickup as much as you could and drop some in syd then back to melb.

Guy was saying easiest 5k he ever made.

Red Devil was crazy man! I was only a high school kid when I first smoked it but it was some serious heart thumping in your chest, sight fucked up, hearing fucked up kind of stuff that you could not pretend to be sober on. I remember having a laughing fit that turned into full blown audio hallucinations of my laughter echoing in my brain on that stuff.

Was the first smoke I had too as a year 7 student hahaha my god was a fucked uppppppppppppp you're spot on with the effect hahahah

The old infamous adelaide super skunk was a clone only thing. Someone brought in seeds from holland and cloned the fuck out of a partucularly nice pheno which was then passed around everywhere. Not many in Adelaide grew from seed, clones were readily available and normally free. Good phenos made there way through the community quickly. I remember opening the stash tin and all of the buds were stuck to the lid, a good indication of potent weed.

 

Having said that, I don't think it was any better or more potent than todays strains. Were all just use to killer weed now so not much stands out as special.

Where is all this "killer weed"? name some strain names 

in my opinion its mostly all boring cabbage looking shit these days, that would be battling to get ya grandma off her head
