Out of practice?

Recommended Posts

Hi All

I haven't grown for over 3 years. Popped some fresh seeds about 3 weeks ago. 2 of the 3 sprouted but 1 looks munted after I peeled off the first two leaves that completely died. And the other started healthy but the leaves keep dying.

They are in coconut coir which I have never done before. They started in full sun but have been in 50-50 sun/shade for about 10 days.

I water a little every second day with tap water.

They don't look like they will survive.

Any tips?

You do have holes in the bottom of the cups right?

watch for little tiny black looking insects. If you see them you will have little buggers eating the roots.

Coco has no nute's at all so after they dry out you will need to feed them Coco specific nutes and get the PH at 5.8 or as close as you can

Tap water PH will most likely be 7.0 or higher.

Read my tutorial on Coco, it applies to all plants not just Autos
