Used to get a good laugh outta folks growing on river banks.. Floods come along and wash em all away. Also, you'd be surprised how many people walk along river banks at times, basically road ways to the creek/river that get a lot of traffic from people and wildlife..

hahaha yeah I’ve seen this a couple times along creeks around town, then a heavy rain comes along and no more plants [emoji1361]

My mad B/Law planted in a shallow swamp one year. Went in and built mountains up during dry season and planted out early in the season. He used 60ltr rubbish bins as a core with heaps  of holes drilled in them. Never needed water and ended up with monsters. :)
