Got a few little problems that i thought some higher growers could hel

If it's any help I started a few seeds off outside before I realised my property got fuck all Sun unless I chased it around all day so I quickly set up indoor with some decent light and they went off. Seemed they got enough light to stop from stretching but not enough to really get going.

 

What you feeding them have they got enough food? I've found little seedlings are pretty resilient and don't really show many signs of nute deficiency they'll just sit there for a while trying their hardest then konk out in a few days
