Autopots are prone to giving them wet feet. they love it it veg but not in flower. I'm guessing that's caused that leaf to die.

 

I'd suggest having your main tap on for a day then a day or a couple of days have it off ,,should give them plenty of time to get a dry cycle.

 

Or change over to drip feed or hand watering,,

 

Sorry to burst your bubble about autopots but canna doesn't do so good in them ,,that's from my experience though ,,,got close to a grand worth of them here gathering dust,,
