Sorry but the guys are normally 100% right if they say it's a boy. Either juice it or burn it if you don't want seeds. Made the mistake once of waiting to long and all my females seeded. Really effects the bud size

It has the two hairs on the stem that cross to tell if it's a make it female it's a female but has seeds I looked it up an it said it's a female with male genetics ?? What's that called an it is budding tho males don't produce buds

Don’t confuse for the stipules as pistils. If it is a male you get no bud and pollen sacks, if it is a hermaphrodite then it is both male and female but you will be getting some seedy bud. They prob are reg seeds so 50/50 if you get male or female Edited August 6, 2018 by bakedcake

It's looks like a hermaphrodite but it had the female cross hairs on the stem that's what I'm not understanding

The two crossing in the middle on the stem is the stipules. On the side you see the calyxes with pistils (white hairs) protruding this means it’s femal

So is my plant a male but it has buds I thought an it looks like it

Could possibly be. From photos I can’t really tell but doesn’t seem to be throwing any pistils. Do you have any other plants around it or just the one? If just one let it grow and you will see. If you have others watch it carefully as if you have other females you will pollinate them and create some seedy buds

Ok cool. Try get a photo like the one I sent you if possible. Where the branches meet the main stem
