As I previously suggested. A 400w HPS ....

Brand of tent or just use a room and fans ? Any airflow ?

MicMacs post is spot on if you want more yield but hps in his case is a pure 400watt draw so more money to run electricity. Just use photos and not autos so you only need to run them for 12 hours a day in flower. You will need the bigger tent for a 400watt hps... 0.8 is too small. Too much heat for that space.

 

How much do you smoke? Is a couple of ounces a plant heaps for you or just a weekly supply?

My days of smoking half an ounce a week are long gone. I'd be happy with a couple of ounces off each grow. If a 300 or 450 watt LED in a 80 x 80 x 160 tent can achieve that then that is what I'll settle for.

Then LED is cheaper and doesn’t run as hot. I don’t go through much either and I run 2 mars 300 in a 0.8 x 0.8 x 1.6

One "300" is only pullin about 100w so you'll be lucky to pull a couple ounces of that you'd need 2 300s

Personally I wouldn’t due to these fans are not designed to run continuously, you end up burning them out faster. Spend on a decent fan in my opinion they are too pesky to always replace and add up quick. Rather get one good one that lasts a life time
