Looks like Light burn yet using clfs :/

these babies are only 3 weeks old but seem to be getting light burn all of a sudden? water every 3 days or when needed, temp 26-30 degrees humidity 40 - 60% 150w cfls 

has only happened in the last 3 days

not sure is light burn

 

looks like your soil is to "hot"

 

cookin that little baby.

 

pull it, start again with some simple seed raising mix

 

until it gets established, then into potting mix, or what ever medium your gonna use.

Do you feed it every time you water? 

feeding/watering every 3 days may be too much right now, back off for a week or 3

haven't fed it at all yet so ill hold for watering for a few days
