DIY LED light kits

Recommended Posts

A bit of light gauge mesh from a local steel supply joint would do the trick. Get something in the 2.5 - 3.0mm gauge range, spaced around 20-25mm. They'd probably have a off cut the size you need, and probably sling it your way for about $10-15 bucks. If you do take this route, be sure to ask them if they got a off cut the size you need first, because if they got to cut it to size from a large/full piece they will charge you accordingly. But being light gauge it's usually not too expensive.

Tie it all down with zip-ties, if you don't like your first layout, cut the zip-ties and go again.

Another top idea indy, cheers mate. Once I've tinkered around a bit I'm going to actually make a housing with fan etc. But that's long ways down the track. First is testing.

What I'll need to do is work optimal spaci g between panels.

Then I can appropriately gauge effectiveness.

This will be a summer time solution for my stink and big hot days suffice it works.

I have plenty of good size gauge mesh around so I will definitely have a gander. Cheers for the heads up pal.
