Mother Plants?

Recommended Posts

Yeah and they can cause herms once bred regular. Just got to breed it out. Back crossing adds issues but stress testing and very selective breeding will reduce and eventually eliminate this tendency. I prefer to grow Femme small and pollinate while still quite young. If not growing for buds.

Does Southern Star even have any feminised seed? I think they are all regular.

Lols. I'm not southern. Lols. I've tried GA3, STS and CS. I've femme beans and then bred them with regs. That's why I'm going clones now for breeding vs femme stock. Actually I use a bit of both.

The thing to realize with femme is they are good for one thing. Growing in a tent or room. They don't handle stress well. They are not great to breed with due to stability issues. Generally they are one shot, one run wonders. Perfect for newbies and those with small grow spaces.

If you think femme is superior to regs... That's just funny [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]. Don't take my word for it. Go buy some femme spray or make some CS and DIY. Experience the greatest teacher imo. Plus you don't have to buy more fem beans.
