Looks like you have a triploid seedling.
Technically it is a trifoliate SE,
Triploid would mean it was genetically polyploid. Triploid plants have 3 sets of chromosomes.
It'll prob change to normal after a while ,,when the nodes start to alternate.
That's been my experience as well but plants that grow trifoliate all the way through do happen.
