The plant looks like it's stretching which could be due to a poor light source and looks like there is nutrient burn in the leaves.

Yeh it’s strange. All the other plants are really healthy and this one seems quite the opposite.

 

More interested in whether it’s a hermie at the moment though?

If has balls it's a male, if it has swollen calyxes and pistols it's a female.. if it has both, well then it's a hermie.

when i have a plant thats sick or somethings up with it i either segregate it from the healthy plants or cull it from the grow just incase its got something that could be passed on to the healthy ones but in saying that it may very well be fine but i always like to be safe than sorry, as to why its different well thats a tricky one because theres just so many variables as to why its not preforming as well, i know you mentioned there was a lighting issue a while back it could be something as simple as that, i suppose you've been over all the things in your mind like is there anything you can think of that you've done different to that particular plant? anything at all?
