Light spotty leaves

My plants have started getting light spots on leaves and on the rare occasion the tip of a leaf will go black whats the issue and how to fix? ill upload pics, they are currently a few weeks into flowering stage and the leaves are getting worse as the flowering grows. This is my first grow so please explain in simple terminology.
