two important questions

i gots me three established, potted (tomatoes?!) outside getting the sun, there about two months old, can i now put them under 600wtt for 10-20hrs on for awhile, and then stick them in the patrial sun a week or so latter?? to bud..

 

or should i place all of my outdo cuttings, now in rockwool cubes, going into a beautiful peat and soil mix of my own, place them under the light for a month or so, then do the same??? what setting should the lights b on if this is what is to happen....................

i have a beautiful mama doner and want to do the best for her.........

should i just go straight outside or the above, undereducated, attempt....

help me ohh experienced ones...........
