I seen this b4 ,I think it’s some type of insect, ant maybe , that has made your root zone their nest , never found out exactly what they were but they can devastate a whole crop in a week, problem is u don’t know they’re there until u notice plant fallen or dying and falling

U could try neem drench, I could never fix it though

I too have seen this before, but I thought it was fungal problem (in the roots) not save-able

Im thinking borers,curl grubs or termites, do an autopsy on her reuben it may help eliminate a few variables so you diagnose the cause, split the stems and have really good look for grubs or black mould and check the root system and surrounding soil, then you can go from there

I too have seen this before, but I thought it was fungal problem (in the roots) not save-able

thought was insects because I seen them in and around roots when they fell, they could’ve come after the event but I alsways thought they were the cause , didn’t get them as I got further from coast for some reason

what are you using to grow your plants , organics , synthetics , both

Only in that one bed with two plants in it. Organics that's just something someone used to try and prop it up ha

what's aeration like in that soil 

 

just a opinion , i think it's a fungal prob , root rot , stem rot , pythium / fusarium

I've had this happen to me. Mine was caused from over feeding due to not enough drainage in the soil. Root rot is my guess.
