in the last pic there's quite a chunk of plant that is of different color , bottom right

is that the one branch or a few

 

follow the stem to it's base looking for anything not meant to be there

 

dig round the top soil at the base of the plant , what bugs you see

you need to identify the pest or pathogen to know what's next

 

if you have some neem meal , worm castings & kelp , top dress them

water them in with aloe vera , fulvic & silica

all this is pest prevention & plant health rolled into one

 

without knowing the cause , the above possibly won't solve the prob

but will go along way in supporting the plants immune health

possibly inhibiting the transfer from one plant to the other

 

what are the curly grubs what do they feed on , whats there life span

Ive had issues with grubs before and you should be checking inside the stems your removing like a lil autopsy, i find those lil grubs are usually inside the stems by the time there causing significant damage like youve got, in my case i did end up loosing the plant to grubs but at least i knew not to plant there again
