When does flowering start in Sydney!

They should start flowering very soon if they havent started already and be ready to harvest around april/may some time

That is exactly how it should work, always been that way and should never vary from these rules that nature gives us. BUT this year in Northern NSW i have a friend that has already pulled around 60 plants that are fully mature late December, i know this as he has very kindly given me a large bag to get me through the year, fully formed buds, this guy knows what he is doing, been doing this for 30 years in the same area. This has really got us stumped, they are not autos, just normal Mekong High fems. weird shit, he has quite a few more that are coming along as per normal. We would love to know what has caused this.
