Lighting for veg

Wanting to veg 1-2 plants in my cupboard to gain some height before I take them outside to flower would 1 105 watt cfl 7000 lumen do the trick?

Outside during the day, cupboard at night, don't know about light. should be ok if they get some sun during the day

I have used lots of fluros smallest being 28w thru to 250w the light diminishes very quickly with compact fluros, buy Phillips brand or well known branded lamps they are so much brighter than the generic brands out of China i know we are only talking compact fluros but really there is a very noticeable different in brightness from cheap to expensive

 

105w will do for 2-4 weeks depending on your knowledge or up to 25-30cm tall don't expect anything spectacular they may stretch but it will give u a little pre veg before going outside, i am not a outdoors person so cannot comment on that

Might be a bit hard moving them in and out, don't get much sun where I live once they veg for a bit I'm going to put them on a property to flower, awesome thanks for the tip Chrystal I'm only doing this for a little extra until the next growing season, don't expect much but it's better then nothing cheers guys

You can use a LED Flood light use the right a colour around 3500-6000K or cool daylight a 50-60w LED Flood light will do in a small half a wardrobe for veg much better than CFL cheaper and last longer plus the LED is brighter will cover more area, get one that is 240volt so u can plug it strait in

Chinese 1200w led full spectrum panel worked well through veg for me
