To Nitrogen or not to Nitrogen?

Recommended Posts

Hi y'all...

Just wondering if I'm worrying for nothing. This is my only girl, in a 25L pot (will use a 50L next time) and she's into her first couple of weeks of early flowering.

She's been growing well in Tomato and Vegetable mix with Powerfeed and Seasol added only when there's been an obvious drop on N.

But now I'm concerned with the rate at how fast the leaves are yellowing at such an early stage of bloom.

I cut the Powerfeed back to half, kept the Seasol at it's normal level and added 1ml/L of both Rock Resinator (for bloom) and Rock Supercharge (root tonic). My guess is that she still needs the Nitrogen for a while longer but I've included pics for you to help with any ideas.

As usual, thanks in advance everyone.post-61456-0-24499100-1516501184_thumb.jpgpost-61456-0-34979600-1516501227_thumb.jpgpost-61456-0-18911000-1516501266_thumb.jpgpost-61456-0-30403100-1516501301_thumb.jpgpost-61456-0-71158500-1516501370_thumb.jpgpost-61456-0-83419300-1516501405_thumb.jpg

Looks like a happy healthy plant. It will in nature give up those leaves on its way to flower. I say stick with what your doing. One suggestion is keep the pot/roots cool. Keep sun of the black pot. Even better dig a hole and put pot and all in.
