In a decent size room you may get away without exhaust until time to flip. I don't use an exhaust at all but come flower time (if it comes) I'm sure the house is gonna wreak. I'm not very knowledgeable on lights so someone else could chime in with a better opinion. Put seeds in nearly 2 weeks ago and seem like theyre doing ok but first grow ever.
