Trouble getting seeds to germinate

Please help. I've been soaking them in water. I had one crack so i very gentle dropped it into a coco block but no movement since. They other is still in a bowl of water doing nothing. I cover both in cling wrap and poked a few holes. I've previously tried the same batch of seeds straight into coco, tissue and a perlite/coco mix. They are all doing nothing. All feminised seeds from a decent supplier. Thanks in advance

Get some seed raising mix , poke a hole 1cm deep with your finger, put the seed in cover with soil water, they should all be up and running in7 days

Did u get the seeds from Haze io by any chance? i recommended these duds untill they gave me duds

Nah i got them from Robert Bergman at ilovegrowingmarijuana.com

I think I'm just having bad luck with the heat, its frustrating though when they keep failing

Easiest way I used was paper towel ziploc bag and a heatsource. Ie modem, standard light globe or reptile heating mat.
