Cloning to sex plants help??

Can anyone help me out on this one please,i want to clone my outdoor plants so i can sex them early but need a few questions answered please,firstly how big as a minimum would my plants have to be before i can take a cutting to clone?and secondly once i have cloned them and have them in a grow box for raising clones(just a small one)how big would i need to grow them before reducing the lighting period and forcing them into flowering? Sorry scat, maybe I'm just dumb or too wasted but I don't understand the question.

Clones are genetically identical to their parent plant so if you take clones from a female plant then they are gonna be females, gauranteed. You wont need to sex them.

If you don't know the sex of the palnt you are cloning from then I suppose your question makes more sense. Take the cuttings & as soon as they have established roots you could start them blooming to ascertain sex. No real size limit as far as I know.

I wait until they are at least 4 nodes high and showing a couple of branches, take a clone (cutting) and as soon as it is showing signs of growth you can switch the clone to flowering mode by changing its light schedule to 12/12.
