Going well?

Gday guys, this is my 4th grow in my backyard and seems to be going nowhere. I prepared my garden months prior to planting by putting Clover, fish scraps along with other veggies n whatnot from my compost, I stopped composting once I noticed preflowers and started ferting with Charlie carp.

Unsure if it's just me being impatient or something wrong but here's the plant.

It has been like this for atleast 4 weeks

I think his not happy with overall size of plant?

 

Is the plant in a nice ☀️ spot?

It doesn't seem to be budding up,

I'm happy with the amount of tops, it could be cut down, it's starting to peep it's head up a lil too high, and not really, there are large Gumtrees that cut the light out around 4 in the Arvo, but I get all the morning Sun, I have grown 3 plants that have ripened up well

The fact that it has showed its sex doesn't mean it will begin to start flowering .

 

Flowering will begin as the daylight hours decrease ,so will continue to veg till sometime in Feb .

The plant won't start to flower [emoji259] until until early February
