I took a few lower branches off last night just the pop corn looking shit. I've got it drying. Not going to bother cureing such a small amount will light it up see how she goes.

so looking back mate 

how many plants is enough in that space you reckon if planting later in the season 

consider plants shading each other is a pain & a yield killer

 

i grew 3 side by side in the hoop house , it made a lovely canna hedge

but the middle plant was a waste , yield was stuff all on her , all she did 

was lessen the yield of the plants either side of her by shading out one 

side of each plant , i would have harvested more weight from 2 plants

with lots of space than i did with 3 squashed together

Hi itchy, I think six plants is max for that size greenhouse planting later on in the season, 4 if at the start. I've made a lot of mistakes with this grow, over planting for one. A couple of plants at the back are been shaded out by the big girls at the front. I underestimated the space they need to spread their wings. Won't make that mistake again. You definitely right can get more bang for buck with two girls with the room than 4 or six that are cramped.

Mate I’d be going for 4 big girls , wouldn’t risk regular seeds I’d go with feminised, I would make sure each plant could go 1 metre from main stem in either direction and not touch the 1 next to it

I would grow upside down umbrellas, 2 square metres n use the nets to spread it out

that was my other mistake, using reg seeds, think I popped like 25 and ended up with 7 females. Fems are definitely way togo, wot a shame still got around 800 northern lights x orient express seeds left, still can't let them go to waste. Would it be worth starting indoors give em like a month then switch to 12,12. Sex them then back under 24?

All you guys have made this my best effort to date, it's great been able to bounce ideas around. Still so much to get a handle on too, the amount of info listed here is endless. And I've enjoyed been able to share the ride.

Yeah got a mate who does exactly that, sometimes he’s after males to breed with
