Spots on leafs

I could only guess mate sorry. Fungus gnats are common after wet weather and the larvae eating your roots can cause problems that look like ph or nute problems. I would think fungus gnats but those little dots n bumps look like bites, like I said I'm novice so your guess is as good as mine, prob better cos you can inspect the plant properly you could follow that link n try to figure it out or wait for someone with more experience to come by. A couple full plant photos as well as the closeups might help the more experienced growers diagnose

If you think it's from the rain ,and it seems you do ,then Wait to see what happens when the ground dries out .

If it's going to continue raining use some plastic or something to keep the water from clogging up your root zone.

 

I wouldn't try treating the plant with anything till your sure of what's going on

Hope it improves.

its all good now SE someone has come with much more knowledge than us and is helping now should be ok now for sure
