Luckily I have some worm tea on the go now so hopefully that will improve my bad desicion with the scotts. My strawberries on the otherhand are doing great in old crappy soil that was sitting in the pots exposed to the weather for over 15 months. I think it actually improved it from the previous years crop in that same soil. I put the pots on the lawn from time to time to let the worms get in there.
