I think this is ruderalis genetics. Autoflower, lowryder etc crosses have this growth pattern of stalling at the growing shoots with a delay till the apical shoots set off once more. I've seen it happen.

Yes I would say so, OP said it was a fast strain. This method of breeding is also called an early strain and uses a ruderalis x to create a photoperiod strain with fast flowering times. This is a contentious issue with many cannabis enthusiasts.

yeah that's correct ford , hopefully it grows into something decent at the end, under the right conditions I think it gets a blue flower , that's why I got it plus it's suppose to finish flower quickly, we'll see on that 1

The other reason is says it good for insomnia
