Seedlings dieing

Need help got these from a friend are they going to make it they are now under a 600w led 12" away they are stunt from over watering so letting them dry but are they going to live they are 1 week old today.

Its hard to say if there going to pull through,the dont look good but a couple may come good pics 6 and 7 look like pretty stuffed

The second pics looks the best if you recken the problem is from over watering and you dont give them any water for at least a week they may perk up a bit but i wouldn't count on it,probably bet to get some seeds and start germinating some more

Thanks heaps for the reply guys ill move the light further away and stop watering for a while and ill post updates fingers crossed i can save a few of them

Are there any holes in the bottoms of those cups ....?

Overwatering and that coco crap .

Yes i got good sized holes at the bottom and a few around the side to help air it out. He really did not no what he was doing when it came to watering them. There starting to feel a bit light now so thats a good thing hoping in 2 days they will start showing signs of needing water and ill put 15m water near it to stretch it a bit more.
