Germinating is easy, simply put the seeds in some damp paper towel and leave them on a windowsilf until the start to devolp a small root.

 

Then transport them to a certain medium(i.e pot or hydro setup etc).

 

Personally if i was u go out and buy some CF globes(u know those energy efficant lamps which look like they have all tubes and stuff)... buy some of them(say 3) and keep them a few cm away from the small plant.(assumning that they have germinated).

 

Once the plant grows put it in ya setup.
