Well here in nimbin it's a steady 3 month inspection every 3 months I just grow as soon as they are done inspecting the property

That's because its Nimbin haha fuck that! Really 3 months inspections!? I guess they wanna take note of how many squares u wipe your ass with too.

 

I thought 6-12 months were regular inspections.

From what I read a few years back on the RTA website (QLD), Gaz.

 

By law, I think the owner can request Inspections to be carried out every 3 months. Whether they go with that would be up to their discretion. If they're happy with a tenant they probably wouldn't require it I guess.

If owned property in Nimbin. I'd surely be requesting it.
