yep black scale flubbed, i just bust them with my fingers, they pop and essentially sap comes out that the buggers have been sucking from your plants, once youve busted them or use a knife or blade to remove them give the area a wipe with a clean cloth to get rid of the remaining sap and pus, bugger flubbed you got plenty of them mate
