i noticed little brown bugs having a great time in amongst new growth. new tips coming out looking damaged but get better after a bit of growth. bugs seem to be getting worse, had a search on Google but haven't found what they are

Its because your garden is to "neat and tidy", need somewhere messy for the predator bugs to live
