Could there be light leaks into the tent?

 

3 weeks of 12/12 should have been plenty of time? To show sex?

I don't think it's female even b4 12/12 you would have seen 2 hairs coming out of a pistol behind the 1 shown in the pic I can't see but if u look behind what looks like a single pistol u will see a tiny pear shape confirming it's a male

Are you sure they're getting 12 hrs of complete darkness ? ,no interruptions ?

 

They look to be still in veg ,

I agree, even a full sati would at least be showing clear pre flowers by 3 weeks in, and I can't make out anything from those pics, doesn't even look quite like it's started stretch?  The plant has obviously reached sexual maturity and should be showing pre flowers regardless of lighting schedule, grab a magnifying glass and have a look at the node point between the branch and those little spiky sticky outy frond thingies I can't remember the name of , petioles maybe?.  If you can get a clear pic of one we'll be able to tell you the sex.  But in the meantime check for light leaks and proper timer function, cause somethin' ain't right
