Ive just been reading through the last few pages lol i cant take my eyes off you kids bigkids for 5minutes can i well my day went south yesterday when my two year old walked up to me holding a fuckin snake she was basically putting it in my lap before i realised what it was and when i did realise what it was i did a backwards army roll out of my high back chair and into a cupboard and nearly knocked myself out in the meantime my daughter was bitten by the snake 5TIMES then my eldest who is 15 an anaphylactic to most bities grabbed it and also got bitten at least 3times, fuck me so i spent yesty arvo at the hospital in emergency observing two kids been bitten by snake,that was a lot of fun i can tell ya,luckily the snake was a marsh snake and not a brown both kids had swollen arms and stinging itching around the bite marks a slight temp and headaches soi im hoping thats enough to deter them from ever touchin snakes again and me i thought i was gunna have a heart attack when it all first happened holy shit two kids bitten and to top it all off id just had a big blob of rso and was in my happy place just prior to this all happening so i was in fine form at the hospital i think it made time pass a bit quicker anyway well thats my excitement for the week and hopefully for rest of the holidays

Great to hear that everyone is ok. If it had been mine would have had to clean up a heap of poop!!!

Man kids view of the world is awesome, I'm worried mine will find one of our locals and do the same to me. I'm petrified of snakes.

I'm really glad that everyone was ok in the end.

Thanks guys, im actually worse of than the kids after my maneuver out of the chair i got a bit of skin off my elbows and knees which the doctor's and nursing staff found quite humorous but at the end of the day everybody is ok just a little sore

im happy to pass up ANY snake interactions ever its instant panic for me and i cant control it, i always think about how im going to act in a rational manner but than when i see one all that goes out the window and i panic BIGTIME and hubby laughs at me and then that makes me as wild as the snake
