yeah these just so many people over that way bob, i dont mind visiting though but im always glad to come home, i want the best of both worlds at my next place somewhere within an hour from the beach but also plenty of fresh water options as well, takes me 3hrs to beach from here and 2hrs to a decent river its just to far from everything

yeah well thats another issue bob, im hopin to get a tidy buck for this place it still prob wouldn't be enough to buy over that way and be in front, i was lucky i brought here when i did cause even here prices have sky rocketed

il be headin down vic for a holiday in a few months mostly just to entertain the old girl and have a decent look around and after that id really like to go and have a look at wa its pretty much the only state i havent been to well there and tassie and the aint a hope in hell il be movin to tassie lol

I'm in NSW. Hate the region we're in but like the suburb we're in. It's quiet as anything and the stars look amazing at night. I reckon the state is pretty all right, would probably always come back here if we ever decided on a change of scenery then had enough.

Where I am we're in serious need of someone that grows because they are proud of their plants instead of losers cranking out shit buds that have been shaken of most of the crystals, for exorbitant prices, that are churned out simply for the profit of, I would assume, an actual bad drug. Ice problems around these parts are fucked up. 35mins from the beach, though. Great fishing spots.

 

Have some family in the Manning Valley area and that's around where the best buds I've ever had grow. Always try to do a pick up whilst visiting in the area because it's a big drive and I don't do it often with fighting kids in the backseat. Close to heaps of gorgeous beaches and great fishing spots. You can get as far out in the bush or as close to town as you like around there.

Was my most favourite place as a kid, well, there and Fingal Bay. Need to go to both more often. Here's a pic from my last time out there a couple months ago. (Fingal)

hey xtro, luckily for me when i sell this place i wont need to borrow anything and hopefully have a bit left over to play with if buy right on the next place, my olds have bought land and have a brand new place built and that will work out about 200000 cheaper than what it would be to buy an already built house, its crazy
