Bob that was like reading about myself over the last few months, particularly the ringing its a real high pitch frequency and its doing my head in for sure, ive had enough, i have a had two burst ear drums in the right ear, all this stems back to when i had to when i had shingles through winter and i just never really come good, and thats how long ive had this fuckin noise in my head months and theres two noises the other one is like a surging pump psht psht psht contsantly

Tell me about it,and all my regos will be turning up in the next month to oh and then rates and no doubt something will shit its self and need replacing in the meen time , i guess things could be worse so il try and keep that in mind

just a suggestion , def no expert ,

 

remove wheat from your diet along with processed carbohydrates / white sugar 

" Round Up " ready wheat is in everything from food to cosmetics to vitamins to medications , very hard to get away from 

 

& we all know bout white sugar , the only place you can't find it , is in fruit & veg grown in the ground ,

fish plucked from the sea , birds out the air or animals off the turf 

 

to much fat is not the prob , to much fat with processed white sugar is the prob , there is even a ketogenic diet which consists 

mostly of fat (75%) , 10% carbohydrates & 15% protein , the diet is used allot for childhood epilepsy

 

lots of processed food can cause inflammation & in turn a autoimmune response , sometimes that autoimmune response can be a prob 

if it's attacking itself as it does with cronh's disease in the gut 

 

been having a read of stem cell therapy / adult stem cells , they extract stem cells from a healthy woman's placentas after birth

which multiply rapidly , while the older you get the less speed in multiplying , however if adult stem cells are put in the same 

space as the faster placenta stem cells , they excrete something that causes the adult stem cells to act like the placenta or young

stem cells & start multiplying at the same rate , to then be put back in you , direct at the prob or intravenous & hit the whole body  

 

just watched Mel Gibson on Joe Rogan pod cast talk about his dad & stem cell therapy & how everything got better after 

being injected with stem cells , even his eye sight , Mel even mentioned nurses reports of his dad  , almost 100 now , has discovered 

the return of he's fathers personal towel rack in the mornings if you catch my / his drift 

both Mel & Jo have had stem cells injected into shoulder complaint , i think there is a stem cell human trial on in Sydney st V's i think 

MSC = mesenchymal stem cell , pronounced Mez-ink-mal , i think 

 

i find doc's to keen to give you a pill or chop it off & zero in between , unfortunately we are bombarded with " make life easy & pop a pill "

While we're on the subject, anyone who regularly takes extra strong pain relief that has codeine such as panadine forte, will need a prescription to buy from February. My mum just made me drive her down the street to get some for her hip. I swear they thought I was using her to get drugs they asked that many fucking questions to get a box.

 

Anyway, limit is a box every 5 days or something and chemists are selling out... There's ya daily dose of useless info

 

Don't take this the wrong way anyone, but if cannabis is the great pain reviler that everyone says it is and is so keen to make legal, because it will end the opiate and the pain problem

for the world, and be the magical cure for all

why since you all grow your own, does anyone still need or take opiate based medicine ?

 

I gave them the arse well over 20 years ago, (except for the dodgy jab in hospital) not allergic to them or anything like that,

I do, I still use a combination of both. What I've notice pharmaceutical meds and Canna they are still hit and miss with me, where one day I'll get relief from one, but not the other and vice versa.

 

And on days I need to travel in the car, I can't be choofin' up while behind the wheel as my situation would be totally fucked if I lost my license. So I'm left with little option other than to drop Forte's and Endone's.

 

Crazy, I know. But I didn't write and get the legislation acted upon*. Fuckin' dumb arse system we have..

Yep. If they had roadside drug testing my youth would have been much different. My mates would get blotto I’d have a smoke and be designated driver. All good.

Sorry to hear of your health issues GQ. My Mrs has had a sinus infection since she was 11 she’s now in her early 30’s, so I personally don’t know what your going through I can feel for you. The Mrs has had nearly every illness that goes around most of her life since then: glandular feverx2, shingles, more recently fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and possibly thyroid issues.

 

The best I’ve seen her is In the last 18 months went on an elimination diet and has cut out gluten, dairy, processed sugar and other stuff like fodmaps so like itchy was saying a diet shake up may help.

 

 

And to who ever was saying about canna as pain relief. It works fine for me when I can use it. But the Mrs reacts differently to it so it’s a matter of finding a strain or a my of taking it that doesn’t over rev her system.

 

A good joint and I’m ready for a nap. Same strain grown the same and she’s awake with her head going 1000 miles a minute
