Eva if your still around please please get your partner to look after the kids. Your a good Mum, but to look after others you need to look after yourself as well.

God if I could I'd drive down there right now. Lean on us lot here. I know some careers can look after kids just overnight to give parents a break in your position. They wount keep the kids but you will know they are ok and safe so you can rest.

In time you'll hopefully find a balance that works. It's a individual thing because nobodys body chemistry is the same.

Your the best at being you and that deserves a gold medal.
