thanks mac, been trying to get back to you gazza just keep getting side tracked sorry, if i want a plant thats not to high i let them get as high as i want them to go and then go about 3/4 of the way up and attach a tie and then bend her over as far as she will go with out snapping the main trunk, the reason il let them go upright a bit first before bending them down is because it gives it a chance to get a strong main stem first and also allows the plant to get some braching happening before i start to train them long ways, atm i have a 12 footer thats only about a metre and a half high actually i have a few , i recken this method abosolutly increases yields, also topping when there young will also create a busher plant instead off tall Christmas trees

by the way gazza when this is not your first rodeo you learn to read pics pretty well, yes they can be deceiving very deceiving but a trained eye can tell size fairly easy and you also can tell when certain props have been used to make things appear larger in pics its a common occurrence and you learn to pick up on certain things, size is not everything but geez it feels good when you pull it off , i have plants of all sizes here not everything is huge and some strains will never grow to be huge its just the way it is, to me as long as a plant is healthy and heathy for YOU to consume and tastes good and its smells good, than its a awesome plant regardless of the size

I couldn't agree more with u, thanks for the input GQ, so many options available now too. Do love the look of that Girl Scout cookie. Looks so so good. I had a little sample of some of my finest, I know it's early. Very racy, minds gone into overdrive. I'm thinking I might harvest a couple at different times to get the different levels of stoned.

yep i harvest some cloudy with a few amber and some with a lot of amber like 60/70 amber but never clear, clear is no good the gsc x green crack is starting to smell very nice indeed

as they yellow i remove them straight away, its big daily job just removing old leaves before i even start other jobs , hows yours?

Starting to yellow as of 2 weeks ago ...the dry and heat started them early

lucky you, theres no dry or heat here just wet and windy, been giving me lots of grief but hopefully if ive planned carefully enough i will get to the finished line with a satisfactory amount of medicine, fingers crossed

i certainly am zeuss, only on the more mature ones at this stage, and its not only the rain, fog is a big problem here as well plus heavy dews in the mornings

Yea scary shit, just one of the stressful issues that can turn up at this stage of the game. Do you take Mold into consideration when choosing strains? I have tried to but really i am not at all sure one strain is any better than the other, i think the tighter the buds are the more chance of it turning up but nice tight full buds are what we want i guess. Have to keep right on top of it as it spreads like wild fire (whatever that is)
