First grow

Recommended Posts

Buy the best u can aford and no nutes for the 1st week at least the soil will have all it needs for the seedling to get going.

Using hydro nutes in soil can build up quickly and cause a world of issues.

Do some some reading in the out doors area of the forum and it will help you understand things a lil better in regards to feeding and what to feed.

And that seedling dose look past saving...

Just use plain water I'd say you are frying your plants with nutrients which you don't need in soil. Just water until at least 3-4weeks old for your first grow. I'm sure your soil is fine. Go to Bunnings and buy a premium seed raising mix and vermiculite, mix the two together at around 2 parts seed raising mix, 1 part vermiculite and plant into that. I'd grow in that until you transfer into a final pot. One cap of seasol to ten litres of water as you get your first proper set of leaves before that just plain water

I had exactly the same issue. Plants would grown ok for a few weeks and then go yellow and die. I was planting direct into soil perlite mix. I changed and planted into jiffy easy peat pellets before transferring to a pot with soil and perlite after a month and they are now fine. Also be careful not to overwater.
