Killed for drugs??

Recommended Posts

here were no bikies, there were no gangs" says father

A man accused of operating a $2 million drug plant has been beaten to death in his girlfriend's bed, it was learnt last night.

Marshall Haritos, 26, is understood to have been attacked in a flat in the Darwin suburb of Parap.

His father, Marshall Sr, refused to go into details about his son's murder. But he told the Northern Territory News: "It was horrific."

He said he didn't know the motive for the killing.

It is not known what happened to Mr Haritos's body.

His father denied that his son had been the victim of a contract killing.

Reports have said Mr Haritos borrowed money from the Coffin Cheaters to set up an amphetamine laboratory and failed to repay the debt.

But his father angrily denied the claims.

"He's been killed but it has nothing to do with drugs," he said yesterday.

"There was never a $2 million racket."

Mr Haritos Sr said the drug and firearms charges against his son would probably have been dropped for lack of evidence.

"My son might not have been even going to jail," he said.

"There were no bikies, there were no gangs.

"The police know it and so does the drug world."

He said his son was making drugs for his own use.

"They were making speed and shooting it up," Mr Haritos Sr said.

"They were recreation drugs."

He said the jars shown off by police after a raid on the "clan lab" were not used for making drugs.

The search for Mr Haritos Jr was sparked by his failure to appear at the Supreme Court to answer 11 charges laid following the seizure of amphetamines in Darwin last year.

He has not been seen since July 28 but his burnt-out Holden Rodeo utility has been found in Darwin's rural region.

Acting Superintendent David Proctor last night refused to comment, except to say two men were in custody and still being questioned.

No charges have been laid.

I'm unsure if anybody even reads this anymore but I was just searching with a friend on articles about our friends murder case. I would like to set the record straight fire anyone who cares.

Diane Syrch was the ex girlfriend of Marshall. They had an argument and she called the police and got Marshall charged with drug possession charges that had him looking at 20 years. So they had another argument in which the skanks arm got broken. She told her new root Shane Thomas that Marshall had done it for no apparent reason. So that idiot grabbed his idiot mate and they went to bash Marshall in retaliation. They then killed him, cut him into pieces and scattered his remains in the Bush. It was 3 months before a bushfire exposed the car and then remains, to this day neither Thomas or burns will reveal the whereabouts of Marshall's head. Honestly I think the bitch wad lucky, if that wad Mr I would have broken every none in her body. She got away with murder and now lives in VIC under a new name as she still fears her safety.

The family had been through to much already. His sister had died only a short time before him so he had gotten pretty bad. 2mill was hugely over exaggerated. But he was an amazing amazing person who is still missed, loved and talked about often.
