All he needs is a pair of trademark sunglasses a wig if he's adventurous or a halloween mask and a youtube account setup and accessed solely with a U.S Vpn ....... and he can do whatever the fuck he wants that is cannabis related....

 

He could only access the youtube account with a specific Virtual machine (VM) through VMWare for instance, a linux distribution would be the ideal operating system..... TCP/IP routed through the VPN .... Unless he has a tweaked browser which can be a pain to setup properly....
