Leaves curling like a taco?

I've fucked up and the ph is out i know this because the plants showing signs of deficiencies with the spotting and lime green.. I'm not sure why the leaves have curled is this ph related also or heat streaz

 

 

I checked the ph of the water run off after flushing the soil with ph 7 and the run off tested at about 8.. So my plants have nutrient lockout because cant absorb them ?

 

I just watered them again with quarter dose of nutrients and the water ph5.5-6..

 

From what I've read the leaves won't recover but if the issue is fixed then it won't spread further?
