Reduce tap water Ph?

I read online that you're able to reduce tap waters ph by adding house hold products such as citric acid. What do you guys know about this?

white vinegar is what I use 

8ml per 10L of water

I grow in coco

[Ford Fairlane]

phosphoric acid about 4-5 drops/10L

i learned how to grow properly, i dont need to ph anything.

 

theres no ph test kits or ph up/down in the native bush mate. fuk.

 

trust me ive used a lot of things to change ph levels.

 

Just decided to learn how to grow properly one day so i didnt need to ph anything ever again

Whats your special potting mix... 10% Organic soil and 90% bullshit or do you mix perlite in too..
