AutomaticSlim
Thanks Cardrona. I could cry, over 5oz of the choicest from my best harvest. I think i put it in jars too early. Will try to salvage some and throw out the absolute worst affected. Sent from my SM-G935F using OZ Stoners mobile app
cardrona
Be patient before jaring ...used the moisture packs .. bovida? Burp it Shake the plants well after rain ..but do it anyway after harvest ...anything suspect toss..... just because you can't see the spores doesnt mean they are not there ...especially when it's wet and humid And then it won't 99% if it re appear in your jars....... long after you think it's gone I was watching like a hawk and had to pull a couple early this year because of the rain but still even after dipping ....found some on a bud or two while drying.... You spend all the time and effort getting it to that stage ... and it can go quicker than you can say mould. You will have less trouble with sat's Edited April 17, 2017 by cardrona
cardrona
Dont be afraid to just harvest the thicker... buds you feel you might loose and leave the rest...if it's early ...... You can use milk as a 1/10 spray or One home remedy is 2 teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar mixed with one quart of water. Mist this mixture onto your plants to both kill the powdery mildew growth and prevent any more from cropping up. It can also be used preventatively before any powdery mildew arises at all. Another option is to do the same thing with one-half teaspoon of baking soda mixed with a quart of water.
AutomaticSlim
I have some boveda but was waiting till the gear was dry before pytting them in. Is that right? My buds arent fresh they are about 3 weeks into drying. After my discovery last night i put affected buds in a box much of the white mildew is no longer visible. I can only assume the spores are dead but remain intact. Can i hydro peroxide wash in a mostly dry state?
